Yardstick

Privacy policy

Effective November 8, 2026. This site is operated by Yardstick (“we”). Contact: support@yardstick.so.

What we collect and why

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, headcount and message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Like any website, our host receives your IP address and browser details in server logs, and Google Fonts receives your IP address when fonts load. We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track.

Who receives it

Google, through Firebase and Google Cloud (site hosting and processing contact form submissions), Namecheap Private Email (delivering submissions to our inbox) and Google Fonts (fonts). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your personal information.

Retention and your rights

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you, then delete them. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing support@yardstick.so. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is not directed at children under 16. If this policy changes we will update the effective date above.
